The Ministry of Home Affairs, vide public notice dated 31-March-2022, has extended the last date for filing the Form FC-4 along with Income and Expenditure Account, Receipts & Payment Account, and Balance Sheet for Financial Year 2020-21. Those organizations, who have not able to file the Form FC-4 till date, can now file this form without penalty up to 30-June-2022.
Therefore, any organization that have not filed its FCRA annual return in Form FC-4 for the Financial Year 2020-21 should do it immediately.
